Twin Section
For our down tubes and front forks, we use a unique construction method that we have labeled Double Chamber.
We have integrated a secondary supporting internal carbon wall throughout the entire carbon downtube to prevent torsion.
The down tube is particularly susceptible to torsion, which results in a loss of energy and forward motion. Each pedal stroke causes immense pressure on the down tube and bottom bracket.
With Double Chamber technology you can be assured that this is reduced to a minimum and that your energy is directed towards forward motion.
Normally a front fork is not an integral part of the frameset. Most of the time, a standard fork is sourced and added to the frame.
For ultimate handling and a really responsive ride, we believe that the frame and the fork should be developed together as one unit.
The front fork is the nerve centre of any bike as it transmits road conditions to the hands of the rider through the handlebars.
Our forks have been designed only for our frames and this has resulted in a perfectly balanced unit. As in the case of the down tube, we have used Double Chamber tubing for our front forks.
Once again, torsion is eliminated.
Front fork vibration has always been a major problem in fork technology. The rider loses ‘feel’ for the road, there is excessive vibration on fast descents and tight turns are not recommended.
Our DOUBLE CHAMBER technology reduces vibration to a minimum. BeOne bikes provide an outstanding controlled ride and out-perform the competition.
