6061 System
All BeOne bikes are constructed from A 6061 high grade aluminium alloy, with T4/T6 heat treatment to provide higher stress resistance and durability. Additionally most tubing is butted to reduce weight while
still maintaining strength to weight ratio.
CAD/CAM frame design and custom frame molding process allows us to shape tubes and build frames with maximum strength and stiffness where it’s most needed, at the BB and HT junctions. BB shells, dropouts, yokes,rocker arms and links are forged and CNC’d.
All BeOne technology is thoroughly tested. We use only the highest quality materials and vendors to build our bikes.
Custom Tubing: BeOne specific shaped alloy tubing.
Double Butted: Alloy tubing with butting to reduce weight while maintaining stiffness.
ELS System: Delta shaped tubing distributes stress more evenly resulting in a stiffer chainstay.
